Shipping policy

 EMeka uses CANADA POST to ship orders. Customers will receive an email that will include a tracking number from CANADA POST that allows customers the ability to track packages up to the delivery.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the EMeka brand to process orders. Once shipped and confirmed by CANADA POST, EMeka is NOT responsible for packages not received, lost or stolen. Please contact CANADA POST for resolution. We cannot track packages, contact CANADA POST to help locate packages or change shipping addresses for customers. 

Make absolute sure that the information you provide is correct and includes all information needed to ensure delivery of your order without interruption.

Any packages returned due to customer or CANADA POST error that interrupts the delivery process will be charged $15 shipping fee in order to reship
